Current Document Proposals

The following documents are proposed for the OLOL website.

Prison Ministry Upgrade The attached is a script driven calendar allowing changes to be made simply by adding, removing, or changing an Event in the HTML file (right click "View Source" on the page and scroll down to see the list of addEvent). The months displayed are similarly adjusted with a line added or removed for each desired month.

A couple of controls to allow the user to adjust the month are a future possibility.
Knights of Columbus Scholarship Information In early October I was asked to research scholarship opportunities for the Knights. After reviewing various delivery mechanisms, and noting the existing Knight's page the best solution appeared to be this (hopefully consistent) document.
Knights of Columbus Officer Information While I was looking around, I noticed that the officer contact page was out of date. This is - to the best of my knowledge - a current list. Some decisions would have to be made prior to publication.
  • The photos of Knights are rather anemic. There are several solutions - using the "Picture Not Available" graphic, taking some pictures and posting them, leaving them (as they are on the current page) blank, or removing them altogether. This page also makes a structure change, placing pictures of Knights in a separate directory.
  • This page removes the photo of Supreme Knight Anderson (when I first came to the page, I thought Anderson was an OLOL parishioner) - the documentation within the HTML file said this was O.K.
  • Father Ed now appears second on the list (after Grand Knight Terry). All other Knights documentation lists the Supreme or Grand Knight prior to the Chaplain.
